A graduate of the University of Glasgow, Dr. Lim completed his specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (O&G) in Scotland. With a dedication of more than 12 years to NHS Scotland from 1998 to 2010, he returned to Singapore. Upon his return, he assumed the role of Consultant and Assistant Professor at the Department of O&G in the National University Hospital (NUH). In 2018, he earned a Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologists (FRCOG).
Currently serving as a Visiting Consultant at NUH, Dr. Lim held pivotal leadership positions, including President of the Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Singapore and Chairperson of RCOG’s Singapore International Representative Committee. Additionally, he used to chair the O&G Specialty Interest Group at Gleneagles Hospital.
With a consultative approach, Dr. Lim collaborates closely with patients to tailor personalised plans for fertility and pregnancy that align with their specific needs.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Lim Min Yu ensures effective communication throughout the consultation process.
Dr Lim holds accreditation to practice at several prominent healthcare institutions, including all Parkway hospitals: Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Parkway East Hospital, and Gleneagles Hospital. Other locations are Mount Alvernia Hospital and Thomson Medical Centre.
